Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to offer products to you. Your purchases are made from Blue Collar Baller Clothing Co., not from Shopify.

5. Orders and Acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated order-confirmation email acknowledges that we received the order, but it does not necessarily mean that we accepted it. We accept an order when we begin fulfillment or send a shipping confirmation, subject to applicable law.
We may reject or cancel an order before shipment because of inventory shortages, suspected fraud, payment failure, an obvious pricing or description error, shipping restrictions, or another legitimate operational reason. If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the amount charged for the canceled item or order.
You are responsible for reviewing your cart, size, color, quantity, shipping address, and contact information before submitting an order. Contact us immediately if you discover an error. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after fulfillment has begun.
6. Prices, Taxes, and Payment
Prices are displayed in USD unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without notice, but a price change will not affect an order we have already accepted, except when an obvious error must be corrected as permitted by law.
Applicable sales tax, shipping charges, duties, or other charges will be displayed at checkout when they can be calculated. For international orders, the customer is responsible for import duties, taxes, customs charges, and carrier fees unless checkout clearly states that those charges have been prepaid.
You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted. You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information. We may use third-party payment processors, and their separate terms and privacy practices may apply to payment processing.
7. Promotions, Discount Codes, and Gift Cards
Promotions and discount codes are subject to their stated conditions, expiration dates, product exclusions, and availability. Unless we expressly state otherwise, offers may not be combined, applied retroactively, redeemed for cash, or used on previous purchases.
Gift cards are subject to any additional terms displayed when purchased. Gift cards are not returnable or redeemable for cash except where required by law.
We may correct, suspend, or cancel a promotion affected by fraud, misuse, technical malfunction, or a clear publishing error, subject to applicable law.
8. Shipping and Delivery
Order-processing and delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, address errors, customs processing, inventory issues, or events outside our reasonable control.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If a package is returned because the address was incorrect or incomplete, or because it was not claimed, additional shipping charges may apply before reshipment. Any refund for such a package may be reduced by nonrefundable shipping and carrier return charges to the extent permitted by law and disclosed in our policies.

9. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Our recommended policy allows eligible returns requested within 30 days after delivery, provided the merchandise is unworn, unwashed, unaltered, unused, and returned with its original tags. Nothing in these Terms limits any nonwaivable consumer right provided by applicable law.
